Setup:
mouse: Corsair DarkCore RGB
gpu: GTX 1660 super
cpu: ryzen 5 3600
Issue/Bug Description:
While playing a 3rd person game which lets you look around using the mouse, the mouse only lets you go so far before blocking the movement, as if the not-visible cursor is hitting the monitor end and not being able to go further. As a result, games which require you to look around are unplayable.
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
- Open a steam game where you can use your mouse to look around. (haven't tested on non-proton ones, but I'm guessing it's a Cosmic issue so it shouldn't make a difference)
- Try to look around fully, 360 degrees.
Expected behavior:
The cursor should be locked in place and letting you move and look normally.
Other Notes:
I tested this on two UE5 third-person games, all using proton experimental. I tried countless launch options and settings, I tried using shortcuts to make the DE focus on the game properly, absolutely nothing worked except switching back to gnome DE.
