Toolbar / dock contantly crashes with multiple GPUs

I have dual rtx 3080s and the toolbar annoying crashes, disappears for a long time then reappears later. Now wishing I had installed a different flavor.

Multi-GPU systems have been tested without exhibiting this behavior. Is there anything in logs that looks suspicious?
