Add dSYM for PowerSyncKotlin

When I upload my CMP app to the AppStore using XCode I get following warning from XCode:

The archive did not include a dSYM for the PowerSyncKotlin.framework with the UUIDs [969C8DE5-44B1-345C-9EF3-1B5001AF753B]. Ensure that the archive's dSYM folder includes a DWARF file for PowerSyncKotlin.framework with the expected UUIDs.

To provide an update, we're working on removing the PowerSyncKotlin framework from the Swift SDK entirely.
