Kut Blueprint

Phase 1 Exit Gate

The audio track plays back with zero dead air gaps >0.3 seconds. The first spoken sentence (hook audio) creates a curiosity gap, stakes statement, or pattern interrupt. Gate confirmed by Kut's timeline review.

Phase 2 Exit Gate

CPM is at or above genre floor. Every B-roll clip passes the anchor test. Every dialogue transition uses a J-cut or L-cut except where hard cuts are specifically engineered for comedic/dramatic punctuation. Gate confirmed by Kut's CPM calculation and timeline audit.

Phase 3 Exit Gate

All captions are ≤3 words per unit. Power words are highlighted. All text is within safe zone. Font is legible at 20% preview scale. Gate confirmed by frame export review.

Phase 4 Exit Gate

LUFS integrated -14 ±1.0. True Peak ≤ -1.0 dBTP. Music is subordinate to dialogue. SFX are present at major visual transitions. Mobile translation test passes. Gate confirmed by Kut's metering review.
