Missing configuration options for metricDefaults

Currently the scraper chart does not support setting values for metricDefaults.labels (and metricDefaults.limit).

Expected Behavior

Labels can be added to all metrics as documented here.

metricDefaults:
  labels:
    env: dev

Actual Behavior

The scraper chart currently not offers the required values for the feature that has been added with Promitor v2.3.0.
