Overrestriction on language tags. #1344

Description

@obviousman55

Although I can annotate any item in the ontology with string types, the language tags are available in a drop-down dialogue selector, which is too restrictive and violates the RDF standard. For example, I can choose pt (Portuguese) or pt-BR (Brazilian Portuguese), but there is no pt-PT (European Portuguese) neither other African variants in the list. I can enter a new variant manually, but they are erased and forgotten, never stored. Please remove this restriction on language tags, they should not exist in the first place, because the IANA list is neither authoritative nor complete. Please refer to https://www.w3.org/International/articles/language-tags/
