Using WebProtégé with MinIO S3

Hi,

I am trying to use WebProtégé with MinIO (through docker compose)

I found this but couldn't figure out how to configure it yet:

You currently have a repository that showcases how to deploy the services with Docker compose:

I tried to follow that compose file but I had few errors so I wanted to see if I could use the single container WebProtege service with MinIO.
I'll go back to it and try to figure out the errors that I got.

Use the webprotege-deploy repo. The docker-compose.yml file in that should work. Please don't forget to set the SERVER_HOST environment variable.
