Re-style and add customization options for the CtrlTab panel.
NB. Requires active setting "Ctrl+Tab cycles though tabs..." in Settings -> General -> Tabs.
Use the preference "Zoom" to adjust panel size and avoid clipping.
Move the at a glance buttons to the right side of the window.
Increase size of tab titles and add make pending tabs standing out more.
Re-style and add customization options for the Workspace Buttons.
