As far as i can tell, you can only get match history by PUUID and you can only get your own PUUID. unless you can use [/riot/account/v1/accounts/by-riot-id/{gameName}/{tagLine}](https://developer.riotgames.com/apis#account-v1/GET_getByRiotId)?
