• PSF financial update - Kelly
  • still running behind to get full picture of pyladies financial state
• status on Vancouver's request?
  • task turned over to Deb to try to figure out best way forward, find resources for this request
  • Kelly to follow up / loop us in
• Outstanding PyLady awardees - those that want to use the award to attend a different conference, what's our limit?
  • shouldn't be an issue logistically from PSF
  • both chose EU - makes sense to be at/near the level of what we'd award someone int'l -> PyConUS ($2,000)
  • let's do €2,000
• New chapter processes
  • zapier: we pay for it right now
    • how are we paying? are we using PEX card directly or who is getting reimbursed - @econchick to ask accounting@
    • need access - @BethanyG to try to get access
• Final Charter review before sending out for reviews
  • Deadline: tomorrow 10 AM ET, then send off to reviewers
