CraftEngine breaks some of Pylon's recipes

After installing CraftEngine, some crafting table recipes become unusable. No errors appeared in the console. Palladium ingot and bronze ingot cannot be crafted into nuggets or blocks.

Environment: Paper #128, Pylon 0.33.2, Rebar 0.36.2, CraftEngine 0.0.67 (https://modrinth.com/plugin/craftengine/), Minecraft 1.21.11

I've re-tested with the latest versions of Rebar & Pylon, all CraftEngine recipes work, but specific Pylon ones still fail with no errors. Thanks for looking into this!

I tried a simple implementation that modifies onPreCraft(e) and adds a helper function findRebarCraftingRecipe(matrix). It checks if Rebar items are being crafted but no Rebar recipe is being used, then looks up whether such a recipe actually exists. If it does, it sets inventory.result to the correct item. This shouldn't break anything else (like preventing crafting without research). I don't know what the root cause is, so this is just a rough implementation.

However, the Crafter gives the wrong result, such as crafting a bronze ingot into bronze nuggets (this does not happen after removing CraftEngine).

It seems to be a very weird issue. Seems to have just shut down for some reason with 0 dmesg logs I can see. I think what happened was either a power issue or more likely the external ssd connection failed for some reason since I've already been having stability problemsw with that and it couldn't get it back up. I turned it back on but I haven't gotten another chance to test and the issue is likely to return. Planning to just move it over to a proper server when I get a chance (hopefully tonight).
