Having a template of files like:

• README
• CONTRIBUTING
• LICENSE
• .gitignore
• .travis.yml
• .dothub.repo.yml

To quickly create new repo would be nice to have.

what should be the type of LICENCE? I think this is the first thing that we need think of.
