REPL height and width tracking on resize are incorrect

Bug description:

The tracking of the height and width doesnt happen on the resize event in windows_console

This causes visual bugs with text overflowing the not updated width

Hi @akanil18, I have linked the PR on which I have solved this issue, if you would like, you could review the code and suggest improvements, but I believe the core problem is mostly solved by now.
