Crash when using Identify on themes with WMTS layers

Hi!

In some cases we use themes where the QGIS project includes WMTS layers and when we try to use the Identify tool (for WMS layers) it crashes because IdentifyUtils expects certain parameters (e.g. layer.params.FILTER, among others) that are not present for WMTS layers.

Each layer should contain a FILTER param, built here [1]. If the layer internally is a WMTS layer should not matter, QWC queries the project layers via WMS. Can check which layer is actually getting processed when the crash occurs?
