Description:
GitLab does not support adding Quick Action via user input. I created a MR (Merge Request) template following the instructions for users to demonstrate how pr-agent works.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a MR template with example content showing pr-agent usage.
Attempt to run the agent on GitLab.
Observed Behavior:
An error occurs:
Model answer contains GitHub quick actions, which are not supported in GitLab
Additional Context:

This issue may be related to: pr-agent PR #1662
Expected Behavior:
pr-agent should be able to detect which part of the content is the PR description and ignore.
