After the device booted to Linux, Pressing the power button on the Kodiak RB3G2 for 1 second (instant press and release) causes the device to shut down

On Kodiak RB3 G2 device, after the device boot to Linux, pressing the power button for 1 second is leading the device to shutdown state

**Steps to reproduce **

• Power on the device and let it boot to Linux.
• Press the Power key for 1 sec
• Observed Results: Device is going for the Shutdown
• Expected Results: Power key press for 1sec should not take effect

(To come out of shutdown state, either press the power key for 2-3 sec or connect the USB cable on primary port)

@raregachi The behavior of keys like power key, suspend key etc, is controlled by systemd-logind. While we can configure logind to change what happens on key events, I’d like to understand more on the motivation behind this request.

What is the issue with the current behavior of the device shutting down after 1 second of power-key press? Are there specific use cases that require a different behavior?
