[Bug]: Word wrap and width can not be applied for a column in table

Current and expected behavior

Current Behaviour - I am creating table for two different type of data set. Now the table created for first data set has automatic word wrap, while the table for second data set does not have word wrap for a large text.
I am sharing the two screenshots below.
For the first screenshot, Store Name is automatically wrapped, while for the second screenshot we can not even see the name of column after zone. Why is it happening, because address string is very large, more than 15 words.
Now I have two questions

1. Why is it happening that there is automatic wrap for large text in first table and not in second table?
2. How can I set width for a specific column, such that text can be wrapped for a specific column?
   Please note that I am freezing the column Store Username in both the tables.
