Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this Coda Pack ("Pack"). By installing or using the Pack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Pack.

What this Pack is

This Pack is a published Coda Pack source-available under the LICENSE bundled with the Pack's source repository. It runs inside the Coda product. Coda's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of Coda and any data you process through it.

Scope

The Pack is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The maintainer does not guarantee continued availability, fitness for any particular purpose, or compatibility with any specific Coda doc, workspace, or third-party service.

Third-party services

The Pack may call third-party APIs (for example, to query a public dataset or call an integration the Pack is built for). Use of those services is governed by the third party's own terms. The Pack maintainer is not a party to your agreement with any third-party service and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services.

Authentication and credentials

If the Pack uses authentication, you are responsible for the credentials you supply. Credentials are handled by Coda's authentication system; the Pack does not transmit credentials to any party other than the third-party API the Pack is built to call.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Pack maintainer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Pack.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the Pack evolves. The version that applies to your use is the version published at the URL referenced in the Pack's listing at the time of use.

Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact the maintainer through the SECURITY.md channel listed in this repository.
