But is then followed by dozens of folders and hundreds of files stating with "sub". Could these be organized into a subdirectory?
Related question, is it possible to distinguish (by the way directories are named or organized) between intermediate and final outputs? There are just so many files, by nature, that it's hard to know what's important or where to start.
