Currently chaos-mesh doesn't support stressing the disk so we need to decide how to implement the IO fault because there are plenty way to do it right now. For example, stressing the disk like previous did or introducing latency to IO operation to specific path. Using disk stress maybe easier as it'll reflect to io usage of the pod
