the following call introduced
hypervisor_ssh.exec_command(bond.ifup_cmd) due to the options to through exceptions
current '_run_command_over_ssh' is not doing it.
We should wrap hypervisor_ssh.exec_command in _run_command_over_ssh
And raise Errors
