extension should stay within a single chrome profile

I have several chrome profile, but enabling one extension would trigger other profiles. How to run multiple playwriter in multiple chrome profile/browser instance?

i use multiple chrome profile for multiple project. I have the extension installed. I enabled playwriter in profileA and profileB, i just ask my AI editor to do something, how would it know which chrome profile it suppose to run?
