Update Python SDK Readme with @app.task() pattern
Aligns the Python SDK Readme with the Python example and changelog information which already use the @app.task() pattern.
Callout
The only part I'm not 100% sure about is the CLI command
render ea tasks dev -- python main.py, let me know if that's the best way to do this! Thanks :)
