We've been working on the WorkflowHub metadata dump (WIP, uploaded manually for now) with @albangaignard, however we didn't manage to get information on the tools used (some are in the description field though), EDAM annotations or the related Galaxy worklows IDs (identifiers point to https://galaxyproject.org/). Maybe we've been looking in the wrong place though?
Here's a Jupyter notebook we worked on (I can grant access on demand). We used FAIR-Checker to extract RDF metadata from workflow links.
