RStudio crashes when attempting to load libraries

After apparently successful setup_pixi, problems arise. When e.g. attempting to load a library with library("dplyr"), then RStudio has a fatal crash. I'm not quite sure what's happening, but it could surely be some library conflict.

I get this from the Language Server in VSCodium in a test directory where I've run setup_pixi:

I think attempting to setup pixi from an active (non-pixi) R session and hoping that a restart fixes things is probably out of scope. It will use the system R installation with base R packages, and probably the combination of those and conda R packages seem to cause the crashes.

What we could do is use setup_pixi to create the correct fields (also activation scripts) in pixi.toml, and then always recommend to use pixi to open RStudio (or other IDE), at least until Positron at some point will allow discovery of pixi R binaries.
