Not possible to choose retroarch for Capcom Play System (CPS)

Bug Description

Not possible to choose retroarch or a core for Capcom Play System (CPS I, CPS II and CPS III) platforms synced from Romm.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a platform named Capcom Play System I in RomM.
2. Set its Arcade Folder Name to cps1.
3. Sync the platform with Argosy
4. Open platform settings for this platform in Argosy
5. Try to select RetroArch and a core

Expected Behavior

Argosy Slug should allow RetroArch and a compatible core to be selected for CPS I, CPS II, and CPS III platforms.

Actual Behavior

RetroArch and core selection are not available for these platforms.

Additional Context

The issue appears to affect CPS platforms synced from RomM when using folder names such as cps1, cps2, and cps3.
