Write save as soon as it happens

Problem

Saves are only written when the game exits. This can be an issue if you play a game on/off for multiple hours throughout the day and you run out of battery :(

Proposed Solution

Saves should be written locally when the emulator updates the save. When the game exits, syncing can occur.

It currently ignores mid-session saves to keep the noise down (some games update the save record just by reading them, not a valuable save event, even when the hash is different). I do think we can improve the recovery logic to preserve your last captured save on startup though.

Maybe it could be silent or have a periodic save toggle. It's generally not a good idea to go for more than 30 minutes without saving. I'll weigh the options and amend to this thread.
