CTS can no longer convert Chemical Name to InChIKey

This is clearly an issue with the webservice, maintainers confirmed this conversion is no longer supported by CTS. We should check what is impacted in webchem (only name to inchikey or maybe more conversions from name) and probably add stops with informative error messages.

Last I checked, the state/future of CTS was unclear to me. It did not seem like it was being actively maintained.

Hi @stitam @Aariq, CTS was unable to be maintained for a long time, but I know one of our team members @linuxmant was working on it a few weeks ago. He might be able to comment on this.

I have also been working on a chemical translation service in recent months, it is called CTS-Lite. Unfortunately it does not do conversions from name, but it does convert InChIKeys, InChIs, PubChem IDs, Molecular Formulas, and SMILES. Perhaps you can find a use for it.
