I've focused strictly on tested and working ROS 2 mirrors, omitting the outdated content from the original ROS 1 Wiki. I think this is a good starting point since a centralized ROS 2 mirror guide was missing.

I've currently placed this in the How-to Guides section—let me know if you’d prefer it elsewhere!

I would suggest breaking mirrors out by region (US, EU, Asia, Africa, etc).

Once verified, please open a Pull Request against this page or post in the [Mirrors Discourse](https://discourse.openrobotics.org/c/infrastructure-project/infra-mirrors/).

One cannot issue a PR against Discourse. I would suggest sending a PR against the docs and when merged posting on Discourse.

I would just issue a PR so everyone can see and discuss.
