Difference between recommended and experimental

Loving the project so far!
I have a quick question though. What are the main differences between boards labeled "recommended", "experimental", and "partially works"? i.e. if I use an S2 board are there things that are known to not work?

Hi @ps3dood, I only attempted to run it, and it turned out to be lacking processing power or hardware resources. Overall, it seems to work, but it's very poorly tested (on the bench only). Use at your own risk.

Interesting, so it runs fine on the ESP32 but not on the ESP32-S2?
