Il me fait plaisir d'annoncer qu'en date du 13 mars 2026, la société par actions 9562‑7303 Québec inc. a été formellement constituée au Québec (Canada) et devient l'entité légale responsable de cette organisation.

Le nom « Solutions Logicielles Rubberduck VBA Inc. » (en anglais : « Rubberduck VBA Software Solutions Inc. ») a été approuvé pour l'enregistrement. Il n'a toutefois pas été associé à l'entité corporative afin d’assurer une incorporation fluide et sans ambiguïté dans une juridiction où une marque de commerce similaire est actuellement enregistrée par une tierce partie.

Comme indiqué au bas des pages du site statique, l'utilisation des noms « Rubberduck », « rubberduck‑vba » et « Solutions Logicielles Rubberduck VBA » sur GitHub et sur le site corporatif s'inscrit dans la continuité d'un usage établi et de bonne foi, en cours depuis de nombreuses années. Cette utilisation ne vise aucunement à porter atteinte aux droits légitimes de quelque titulaire de marque que ce soit.

I am pleased to announce that, as of March 13, 2026, the corporation 9562‑7303 Québec inc. was formally incorporated in Québec (Canada) and now serves as the legal entity responsible for this organization.

The name "Solutions Logicielles Rubberduck VBA Inc." (in English: "Rubberduck VBA Software Solutions Inc.") has been approved for registration. However, it was not associated with the corporate entity in order to ensure a smooth and unambiguous incorporation in a jurisdiction where a similar trademark is currently registered by a third party.

As noted at the bottom of the pages of the static website, the use of the names "Rubberduck" and "rubberduck‑vba" as well as "Rubberduck VBA Software Solutions" on GitHub and on the corporate website reflects the continuation of a long‑standing, good‑faith usage that has been in place for many years. This use is not intended to infringe upon the legitimate rights of any trademark holder.
