Is there a way to disable "recent"?

Perhaps you want to disable use_proximity as well. You may also want to enable the label sorter. It's possible that your LSP is sorting by recency itself but it's pretty unlikely

I.. don't think that works. Honestly, it's fine if I can't disable it tho.
