Description of the enhancement
Currently it looks like the Sales Today / Top Products sections on the Dashboard home screen is based on the UTC timezone which the Saleor backend is configured to use by default.
It would be great to be able to configure the timezone for the Sales Today / Top Products sections perhaps by setting an environment variable.
I'm unsure whether it would be a good idea to change TIME_ZONE in the backend settings file since that isn't one of the officially supported environment variables.
