Description
OM, as a known dependency of samvera/hydra-works, needs a maintenance plan.
Tasks
- Develop maintenance plan
- Organize and update or close existing issues
- Release of om that locks it down to a pre-5.2 Rails. (fit into a larger strategy of making sure everything in the stack works with 5.2)
- Check who's using om and if they're specifying version (to avoid breakage)
