Gene names from enrichmed GO term

I ran MGSA from Ontologizer and got the list of enriched terms. However, I am also interested in gene names that are associated with the enriched terms. Is there any way to retrieve this information.

I think that you can use the --annotation option (or short -n) to specify a further file that will contain the annotations. I have not checked it though whether it is the direction that you are interested in (e.g., whether terms -> genes, or genes -> terms).
