ELIM module not working

I am trying to look for over representation of GO terms in my Arabidopsis dataset. I have one background AGI set and 3 foreground AGI sets.

I can successfully use the Parent-Child Intersection approach with no issues. However, when I plug the data into The Ontologizer and use the ELIM setting it gets stuck on the first set and nothing is displayed in the popup window.

Any idea what the issue is?

I've just tried to use the method very briefly and it works for me. Could you please send me the dataset (or a modified/simplified one that shows the problem)? I would need the obo and the association files as well.

Hey Sebastian.

here is an example dataset. Essentially everything seems to load but then the popup window never loads any results. It gets stuck on "Perform Analysis of Study Set 1". I am trying to send the files you want but the .obo and association files are too large (says there is a 4mb limit to what I can send you) do you have an alternate email?

According to
https://help.github.com/articles/file-attachments-on-issues-and-pull-requests/
it is possible to attach attachments to Issues. Can you do this? In case
you want to kept data private, you can attach just some small examples
demonstrating the problem.
