Test and document `podman` support

There have been queries about whether score-compose can work with podman. Since podman supports podman-compose, a compose spec implementation, this should be possible. But we need to test this and document it along with any differences in the README.md.

JFYI, I started this score-spec/sample-score-app#43, to get a reproducible setup with Devcontainer/Codespace, but I'm stuck with just installing podman on the base image. If someone wants to help, please let me know ;)
