Type Fix Progress

Overview

Objective: Fix ~1480 type errors in the codebase. Current Status: ~1130 errors remaining.

Completed Files

src/ci_helper/ai/ai_formatter.py (Assumed fixed in previous steps)
src/ci_helper/ai/pattern_matcher.py
- Fixed generic type arguments for re.Pattern.
- Fixed docstring formatting (PEP 257).
- Fixed ambiguous characters in comments.
- Fixed trailing commas.
- Removed duplicate code blocks.
- Extracted magic numbers to constants.

Next Steps

Continue targeting files with high error counts.
src/ci_helper/ai/pattern_fallback_handler.py seems to have many errors (unknown types).
src/ci_helper/ai/pattern_improvement.py also has many errors.
