Remove attribute `CONCURRENT_REQUESTS_PER_IP` from project settings

Since this example is the only project provided in the docs and is still relevant, and following the deprecation PR for CONCURRENT_REQUESTS_PER_IP; It should be removed from settings.py to avoid confusion.
