Don't ask the participant ID, rather, set it fixed

The chatbot shouldn't ask for the participant ID. 
Since it is being used for generating the bug report and possibly to guide the conversation, we should set the participant ID fixed in the code and make the necessary changes in the conversation workflow logic.
