Events are missing their IDs

I can go through and add these, but I'd need to know the order. I'm assuming the order is defined as in lscript/lscript_byteformat.h as e_lscript_state_event_type. If I can have a copy of the up to date version (the struct, not the whole file), I'll make a PR for this.

The function and event IDs are legacy information from the old LSL engine and don't exist in Mono/SLua. We don't need it.

The information was only relevant for people who wanted to decompile legacy LSL or run an legacy LSL VM, which was only relevant when the viewer used to compile scripts itself, instead of sending the source code to the sim as it does now. The lscript folder was removed a long ago with that.

Yeah, event IDs are generally only relevant to LSO2, and that's basically dead. The function IDs are just included because we actually use them in our codegen for the Lua<->lscript API wrappers.

We'll probably include them eventually if we start generating event-related code that would use them.
