Clearly indicate that links in tables and listings are clickable

The links in the table of the quarto resource tables style are clickable, but it is really hard to infer this from the current styling (especially since all other links on the page are underlined):

It is in fact the exact same styling used for tables with non-clickable elements, such as those inside one of the resources:

(maybe the name and title fields could also be swapped here to match the previous table? or is this how the data package standard defines them)

I think we should style links in tables the same as links in text and add an underline to what is clickable.

This is also an issue to a lesser extent for the quarto resource listing style. Although that is styled differently, I think it would still be beneficial to either underline or add some icon that indicate that the rows in the list are clickable:

There's a few things mentioned here:

1. It's hard to infer what's clickable in the table and listing styling
2. Bolding of table headers
3. The currently non-consistent order of the Name and title columns

My take:

1. I agree that this is not consistent and should be aligned. It would be nice if they were underlined as well. Not sure how to do that within the Quarto listing though. I guess this would have to be fixed in our theme styling?
2. Same as above; should it be addressed in our theme css? 🤔

However, fixing this in our theme won’t give users the same result. That’s already the case (e.g., our links are green), but more styling will only widen the gap between the website examples and the actual output 🤔

Yeah, I think it would be ideal if the fix carries over to the user's setup so that they get something similar to what they see on the website. However, I don't know if this is possible since build is just a set of markdown files and not a complete website setup.

Technically, we could control at least the bolding of table headers, this is something we could control in markdown directly (although I agree that it would be nice if it was set through a theme targeting table headers). How do we set it currently on the page where they are in bold?

Can you inline CSS in qmd files (apparently: here and here)? Or we could ship the generated markdown with a CSS file, if that's not too complex.
