  • docs: align wiki footer tabs Convert the previous/next footer navigation on all public wiki content pages to a two-column Markdown table. The table keeps Previous left-aligned and Next right-aligned in GitHub Wiki rendering for a page-tab style footer. Runtime impact: documentation only; no repository source, entity semantics, generated dashboard logic, migration, or restart impact. Validation: git diff --check; scripted wiki footer table sanity.
