Changing batch timeout does not update the UI

I updated the batch timeout. But the UI is not updated. It respects the new batch timeout, but UI doesn't show it.

This looks like batch_timeout_ms is simply not included in the data sent to the frontend on the consumer detail/show page.

The encode_consumer/1 function in show.ex includes fields like batch_size, ack_wait_ms, max_ack_pending, etc., but omits batch_timeout_ms. And the ShowSink.svelte component doesn't reference or render it either.

So the value is saved and respected at runtime, but never passed to or displayed in the UI.

To fix this:

1. Add batch_timeout_ms to the encode_consumer/1 map in lib/sequin_web/live/sink_consumers/show.ex
2. Display it in ShowSink.svelte alongside the other batch-related fields

I'm not able to make code changes or open pull requests — I can only help identify issues and guide fixes. But the fix here is straightforward if you (or a maintainer) want to pick it up:

1. In lib/sequin_web/live/sink_consumers/show.ex — add "batch_timeout_ms" => consumer.batch_timeout_ms to the map returned by encode_consumer/1.
2. In assets/svelte/consumers/ShowSink.svelte — render batch_timeout_ms in the configuration card alongside batch_size and the other batch-related fields.

That should be a small, self-contained change.
