Another Postgres? How?

In your open source README, you state:

Sequin is the fastest change data capture (CDC) platform for Postgres. Sequin makes it easy to stream Postgres to streaming platforms, queues, search indexes, and more (e.g. Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub, another Postgres, etc.).

I cannot find how to do this in your documentation, nor can I find any blog post or article anywhere that explains how to do this.

Can you please possibly provide some information on how to do this somewhere?

Good question! Based on looking through the codebase and documentation, it appears that "another Postgres" in the README is aspirational — there is no built-in Postgres sink currently available in Sequin [1]. The supported destinations today are things like Kafka, SQS, SNS, GCP Pub/Sub, Redis, Elasticsearch, HTTP webhooks, and others, but not a direct Postgres-to-Postgres option.

That said, you could achieve Postgres-to-Postgres replication today with a workaround:

• HTTP webhook sink — Sequin pushes change events to your HTTP endpoint, which then writes to the target Postgres.
• Kafka sink + Kafka Connect JDBC sink — Stream changes to Kafka via Sequin, then use Kafka Connect to write to the destination Postgres.

Both require some custom glue, though — there's no turnkey "select another Postgres as a destination" flow yet.
