A great support request includes:
- What you're trying to do (the goal, not just the error).
- What you tried (commands, code snippet, config).
- What happened (full error message + stack trace).
- Your environment — OS, Node version (or Rust toolchain), package version, the device on the other end of the serial cable if relevant.
