Ground Station Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By contributing to this repository, you agree to the terms below for each contribution you submit (including commits, pull requests, and any related files).

1. Definitions

  • "Contribution" means any work submitted by you to this repository.
  • "Project Maintainer" means the current maintainer of this project and any future owner, assignee, transferee, or successor of the project and its intellectual property.

2. Copyright License Grant

You grant the Project Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, sublicense, and relicense your Contributions, in source or object form, under any license terms, including open-source and proprietary/commercial terms.

This grant includes the right to include your Contributions in dual-licensed offerings and in paid products/services.

3. Patent License Grant

You grant the Project Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license under patent claims that you can license and that are necessarily infringed by your Contribution as submitted, solely to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer the Contribution and derivative works.

4. Representations

You represent that:

  1. You have the legal right to submit the Contribution and grant these rights.
  2. If your employer or another party has rights in your Contribution, you are authorized to submit it under this CLA.
  3. To the best of your knowledge, your Contribution does not intentionally include material that you are not allowed to contribute.

5. No Obligation

The Project Maintainer is not required to use your Contribution and may modify or remove it at any time.

6. Acceptance

You accept this CLA by signing through the repository's CLA workflow for your pull request.
