You grant the Project Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license under patent claims that you can license and that are necessarily infringed by your Contribution as submitted, solely to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer the Contribution and derivative works.
You represent that:
- You have the legal right to submit the Contribution and grant these rights.
- If your employer or another party has rights in your Contribution, you are authorized to submit it under this CLA.
- To the best of your knowledge, your Contribution does not intentionally include material that you are not allowed to contribute.
The Project Maintainer is not required to use your Contribution and may modify or remove it at any time.
