tests

• sample data is stored at ..\data\
• data.py reads and formats sample data before executing mgwr.
• main.py runs multiple models (gwr\mgwr + gaussian/bisquare + neighbor/distance + initialize by gwr or not). you may need to update the some paths at the top of this script.
• test_mgwr_output.py runs one mgwr model and prints diagnostics messages. you may need to update the some paths at the top of this script.
• other scripts are outdated.
