Audacious 4.4-beta1/GTK3 lacks vertical delimiters

In short: a GTK2 version has vertical delimiters (lines), a GTK3 version doesn't.

I'm using:

```
rpm -qa | grep grey
greybird-dark-theme-3.23.1-7.fc40.noarch
