Create General Security Page

We should have a dedicated Security Page for Shopware.

• Explain upgrade to latest patch version or install Plugin
• List all vulnerabilities table of https://github.com/shopware/shopware/security/advisories?state=published
• Basic things like: passwords, APP_ENV, staging shows accessible in internet
